Fusuli (formerly Al-Ibiewi LMS) is cloud-based management software for online and physical Quran academies, madrasahs, Arabic institutes, and Islamic schools. Each academy receives a branded, tenant-isolated workspace for admissions, student, parent and teacher records, one-to-one and group classes, calendars, holidays, attendance, communication, reports, fees, and payments. Teachers open Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams classes and record new memorisation (Sabaq), recent revision (Sabqi), older revision (Manzil/Muraja'ah), Surah and Ayah ranges, ratings, Tajweed observations, and feedback. Parents and learners access schedules, progress, assignments, messages, reports, report cards, invoices, and class links through role-specific portals. Directors manage teacher hours, announcements, academic records, and fee reconciliation.     Pros: No more manual filling of attendance and reports, no more worrying about missing classes for there are always reminders and much more.

    Cons: The interface was a bit difficult to navigate, but it was soon updated which was greatly appreciated.

    Overall: Navigation is very easy and the team is very polite. And the platform just makes everything much easier, I highly recommend!

    Pros: I really like how fast and smooth the platform is. The interface is beautiful, and everything is easy to find. I also love how it brings everything together in one place, making it much easier to manage an online academy without having to do everything on WhatsApp. It brings student management, tutor scheduling, attendance tracking, payments, and live classes together in one place

    Cons: I could have Said the stress of filling in student details but the developers offer that as a service

    Overall: It's been a really helpful experience. Keeping track of students, checking attendance, arranging classes with tutors, and following up on payments is much easier. The automated reminders are also useful because there's less need to message everyone individually. It saves a lot of time and makes running an online academy less stressful.
