FreightCenter API

Pros: Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to remark on. An utter failure as FreightCenter cannot provide the service necessary to satisfy a client.

Cons: Claiming that their service lost a 1000 lbs shipment is suspect.

Overall: I don't feel good about leaving any person/company bad marks. I understand that sometimes certain things don't always go as planned. I work for a very unique craftsman shop. My boss had contracted with FreightCenter for shipment of a high dollar / high profile project which our staff put their hearts and souls into. The service that was provided to my employer was not only unprofessional, but completely dishonest. They failed on their end to place our product into the hands of a very important client who relied on us to deliver a one of a kind order, and once discovered their error, did not even offer a solution to satisfy our client. Needless to say, recent months have proven challenging on income. This was a vital contract that would have brought much needed financial relief to our staff. This failure has kept money out of the hands of those of us who could really use it. At a time when our situations are uncertain, the lack of professionalism combined with a resistance to work with my employer has added un-needed strain on all of us. I would suggest that this is a firm that has an element that does not take their responsibility to clients seriously, especially when it counts. We have paid a heavy price for making the mistake of using this service.
