Anyone looking for a powerful Font Manager solution to preview and manage fonts, create libraries and create font groups
About FontExpert
Attach your font folders, index your fonts and search for fonts. Pick required font by typing its name in the Quick Search box. FontExpert displays the list of all installed typefaces and lets you explore folders and preview uninstalled fonts located on your compact disks or DVDs, local disks, removable disks or network drives. You can preview the font as a paragraph of text or as a detailed character map. It is easy to choose the desired font size, font style or color. It is easy to manage any typefaces that are shown in any view of the program. You can sort, filter, preview fonts, copy, move, delete font files, activate or deactivate fonts, add or link fonts to font groups (sets). The program can control fonts located in the Windows Fonts and Psfonts folder (used by Adobe Type Manager), so you do not need to remove fonts from standard folders as some font managers require.

Font Wrangler
Windows' facility for supporting TrueType fonts isn't really matched by its facilities for managing them. While few Windows users will have trouble keeping track of the handful of typefaces that come with Windows, there are innumerable sources of much more interesting fonts. If you install several hundred fonts in Windows, you'll probably find that keeping track of them using nothing more than the font management tools in the Windows control panel will become taxing at best. Simply installing new fonts is analogous to juggling live polecats in a dark room after midnight. Remembering what all your installed fonts look like is still more adventurous. Font Wrangler is the font manager that should have come with Windows. It will allow you to install and remove TrueType fonts in batches; preview fonts before you install them; browse downloaded font files; view font copyright information; change the names of fonts to resolve naming conflicts and print font "contact sheets."
