Figma

Pros: I've been using Figma for the past 3 years, and I have nothing but praise - it's a solid 10/10. What I appreciate the most about Figma, including everything, is that this team listens to its community, cares about details, and introduces features that make work easier not only for designers but for everyone who uses the program, including developers, managers, users, and so on. Collaboration with multiple people in one file, auto layout, and the recently added dev mode are just a few of the things. Additionally, the mobile application that I can sync with my account allows me to see how the design looks on a mobile device in real-time, even when I update the design in the file. This also applies to tablets and more. It's perfect!

Cons: The only thing I believe should be improved is the prototyping functionality. Prototyping currently serves basic functions for me, but I would love it if it were possible to add animations and motion design to prototypes.

Overall: Without Figma, I can't perform my daily job as a product designer. It's currently the number one software, including essential features like auto layout, developer mode, and more, which make your work easier.

Pros: Figma is great for collaborative design, no doubt about that. Its ease of use could be better as you really have to be a designer to understand elements and design constructs. Overall though we use this inhouse with all our teams to share and collaborate.

Cons: Ease of use could be better, not everyone is a designer! Native Mac app is a memory hog.

Overall: We will continue to use Figma, good service but as mentioned ease of use is tough to recommend to teams that are not design experts. Watch out for the poor desktop app (basically electron).

Pros: Quality design tool.
Figma is an impressive tool that provides endless basic and advanced functionalities that has allowed us to make our designs in real time and collaboratively with the entire work team and even our clients to provide them with quality material. Its interface and user experience is optimal and guarantees ease of use and adaptation throughout the process. It easily connects the entire work team, allowing us to act synchronously, giving us the possibility of brainstorming through notes and diagrams that allow us to express in greater detail each minimal aspect during different design steps. In one place we find how to exploit all our potential since since we were at zero we can create a completely new idea and develop it without any type of limitation. Its tools have allowed us to design our image in a much more developed way as it offers intelligent and dynamic features that reflect a much more realistic image. It has a portfolio of templates that adapt to our design systems and offers trending tools that allow us to constantly keep up to date. Another point that is important to highlight is that we can quickly create and deliver designs in real time adapted to the needs of our clients. Not only with this create work tables and team meetings where we can plan through whiteboards the entire design process so that everything is clear and we can quickly adapt to the work to be done, communication synchronization of the work team is one of the objectives in our company and having been able to achieve it with Figma was really an achievement, since the results can be seen both internally and internally.
Prototyping has also given us the ability to show our clients our work without having to join the platform as it is possible to create a space where they can visualize the interaction of design and elements. Among so many things, its interface is really intuitive and easy to customize since it adapts to each of our requirements to be able to work according to what we need, it has a clean interface organized and with the right tools so we don't get stressed with so much work.

DISLIKE
It still has some small performance bugs, being based on the cloud I recognize that all our designs are safe there, however the processing of these designs during the experience on the platform is quite slow and presents regularities if my connection to Internet is not entirely good, even at times when I lost parts of the design made because I did not realize the connection. Being able to have a platform that can be used directly on my computer without connection, Daniela gives possibilities and opens the door to a better user experience and ease of use. And although it already has this, the interface is a bit limited and does not allow me to be quite free as today in the cloud platform.

In general terms, we really now have Figma, which is a highly capable platform to provide us with an optimal space for all the members of the work team to interact and translate all their ideas into a design, thus developing a quality product that we can offer you. to our clients and what we can adapt with enough flexibility according to what each one of them wants. Previously we had to save the work and then share it with our colleagues to give feedback on the work done, now this is no longer necessary since in real time we can all visualize the progress of the design and interact in the changes of the same. In this way, we do not make sharing work ideas so tedious, but rather a much more enjoyable environment.
It has no barriers in terms of the development of each of our ideas, it allows us to be free enough professionals to create a whole new world. The tools are adequate and it has given us a space to create, build and be creative enough. Since we joined this platform, we have discovered that we were not really limiting new opportunities and that thanks to better developed work, our clients are much more satisfied with the new ideas proposed.

Pros: I'm a self-taught designer, so it was important for me to find a tool that's easy to learn on my own. Figma delivered in that aspect. The interface is intuitive, they have descriptive support pages with tips and tutorials. I can do all my design work in one software: sketching, workshops, prototyping, and design. This helps me save money, since I don't need to subscribe to any other product.

Cons: It can be overwhelming to keep up with all the new and existing features features. Also, with bigger files I need have to refresh the page sometimes for the changes to take place.

Overall: It's the best design tool out there.

There are lots of resources to learn it.

Cons: 1. Tutorials are not easily available.
2. The pricing of the application can be better.

Overall: Overall, Figma is a great tool to create and design beautiful user interfaces for web and mobile applications. It is an easy-to-use tool with a great set of features.

Pros: Figma is a great way to use a whiteboard across the country to share my ideas and draw out what I want things to look like.

Cons: The ability to get finer details is a little hard to use.

Overall: Figma is a wonderful app to be able to draw and explain how my ideas can take shape with allowing others to input their ideas as well.

Pros: 1. Pen tool comes very handy in creating logos and attractive designs.
2. The learning curve is quite low.
3. It supports third-party integration without any hassle.
4. It has all the tools to create beautiful UI/UX designs for any application along with that it also support team collaboration.
5. Furthermore, it auto save all the created designs on the cloud to ensure user data safety.

Cons: 1. It does not allow dragging and dropping the PDF files for editing.

Overall: Figma is overall a great tool for UI/UX designing which is simple to to be used by beginners without any problem. It has adequate tools to create desired designs furthermore, it also supports a lot of third-party integrations.

Pros: Figma is probably the best tool to start vector designing. You can make logos, posters, banners, etc, with this. Not only art you can make prototypes with this. Also it is easy to learn and work upon. Also it is cross platform so you can either access it from your system or the web on any system.

Cons: No, I don't find any cons in using this software its is very easy to use.

Overall: Overall very easy to use, saves a lot of time, you can get many tutorials on this. And if you are a beginner this is the tool you should start with.

Pros: This is the best software that you should consider when starting to learning designing and prototyping. It is convenient and comes with a bunch of great features. You can easily collaborate with other team members very easily using this software. And also, exporting files is very simple and can be exported in different file types.

Cons: The only con that I found was that the documentation is not very clear. But it has a big community, so things become pretty much easy.

Overall: Overall my experience with this was awesome, and it is a cross-platform app, so it works on any machine. And also, you can use the web interface that can be accessed from anywhere.

Pros: Very user friendly interface.

Cons: The only con is that you need to be always online to use this software.

Overall: It is best for beginners to start with. And if you have a decent amount of ram and a graphic card then this will work just fine for you.

Pros: I have been using this for a long time now and the pros that I found are:

Cons: I honestly could not find any cons in using this software.

Overall: My overall experience with this software was great and a lot of people use this so it is having a great community of designers who ca n help you if you get stuck anywhere.

Cons: No cons, I have been using it for a long time its really work well for me.

Overall: Figma is a great application for editing like create, ship and test designs from starting to finish.
Its a really powerful application for expert designers.

Pros: Easy to use interface.
Suitable for beginners to start UI designing.
Design sharing and collaborating feature.

Cons: Not that much features because it is beginner friendly.

Overall: I found this software easy to use and also really liked the collaboration feature, also this is web based so anyone can access it at anytime.

Pros: - They very generously offer you a free option unlike photoshop or sketch.
- Very useful in cases where I need to make the final edits while collaborating with the client in real time.

Cons: - Given that it is a cloud based solution, Figma can sometimes get frustrating to work with as it takes time to load larger images and graphics.

Overall: A major hurdle in a designers job is to be able to work with other people and manage all the edits being suggested from so many sources, Figma can really simplify your life for such use cases.
