Pros: Fetcher is simple to use and helps me find good candidates that meet my hiring needs. The success team is right there if I ever have questions as well.
Cons: Fetcher doesn't work for every single role, so if you are a company looking for warehouse workers or things like that, it probably isn't right for you.
Overall: Fetcher is a great value for the price. I'm able to source candidates on my own and then offload the task to their team over holidays or while I'm not working. It's a sourcing machine that's always on.

Pros: Fetcher is a great product once you get the calibration set. Then you can put it on cruise control and just collect interested candidates you otherwise wouldn't have seen inbound.
Cons: The calibration process took a bit longer than expected up front due to the uniqueness of our roles, but this wasn't a big issue for us.
Overall: Overall a positive experience working with Fetcher and I would recommend it to and small to mid-size company looking to supercharge their sourcing!

Built in drip campaign to get responses from candidates.Cons: Can take a few batches to dial in on the right candidate profiles.
Overall: I've been using Fetcher for nearly a year now for software engineering recruiting. Sourcing candidates is hard and time consuming. Fetcher sends me a steady stream of candidates to review, with an AI backend that learns based on the candidates I choose to contact. Once a candidate gets through the first screen, they are put into a drip campaign directly from fetcher. If a candidate is interested, they are automatically sent to my ATS.

Pros: I love the ability to add prospective contacts directly to my Fetcher sequences via their LinkedIn integration. The extension makes my life so much easier when I'm prospecting because it streamlines my processes.
Cons: The only issue I've had with Fetcher is the inability to customize profiles once they're loaded into the platform. Everything is auto-populated (which is great, for the most part), but there are some contacts that I'd like to modify just so the outreach sequences are more effective.
Overall: Working with Fetcher has been fantastic! The platform is a huge help with our business development efforts because it allows my group to collectively add prospects and reach out to new contacts without being a strain on our bandwidth. Highly recommend!

Pros: Fetcher has been tremendously helpful to build strong teams!
The set up is extremely smooth and the actual product cant be more intuitive.
It has robust integrations and key features that make the platform one of a kind.
Customer service is top top!Cons: One thing that will make Fetcher and even better tool would be having realtime interviewing capabilities... I'm sure it should be on their pipeline.
Overall: I've used Fetcher for several roles and it never stops surprising me the level of quality of the candidates. It really makes the sourcing and recruiting process so much better.

Pros: I am the owner of a small fast growing business and have used Fetcher extensively since inception in two areas - Sales generation and Human Resources. Fetcher has been instrumental in providing leads to drive sales generation, the leads are extremely high quality and result in reliable conversion, this has been a significant channel of growth for us. In terms of Human Resources, I use Fetcher to source relevant candidates, again the leads are high quality and I have saved significant funds not having to engage a recruiter.

"Better candidates, faster process, less cost" Posted 2021-06-17
Pros: Pretty much everything. We used it for a Board Director hire. Using a traditional recruiting company for this type of hire is not cheap. The Director position we used Fetcher for was a bit of an obscure profile (science background, senior R&D experience), yet we pulled a vastly higher amount of qualified and interested candidates than with a more typical Marketing background Director that we placed through a recruiting company. Fetcher took less than 3 months, start to finish, with a predictable and manageable workload, and a vastly more diverse candidate pool. The recruiting company took close to 9 months, with a whole lot more hurdles, was a 10x in cost, and there was only one candidate in the pool that really fit the bill (almost zero diversity too). I couldn't recommend Fetcher enough. We will absolutely be a repeat customer. The company we used Fetcher on has adopted it internally, and I use it in my business too.
Cons: Not much to be honest! Sometimes it takes a while for the algorithm to really start delivering great candidates (I'm talking maybe 2 weeks max). You do have to manage Fetcher, read the profile batches as they come through, give feedback. But the workload is really well compartmentalized so you can plan for it easily and keep the process rolling. I find that this engagement just lends to a far quicker process and much higher sticker rate though, so it's also a Pro.
Overall: 5 stars all the way. It's top of mind for most of the recruiting I see. I have had great success with it numerous times, and I recommend it weekly to others.

Pros: The best solution for recruiting. No more candidates that make no sense. Fetcher allows you to talk to ideal candidates, as per your filters and requirements.
For that, it is the most value-for-money recruiting tool in the market. Forget about the Indeeds of the world, with Fetcher you go exactly where you want to go.Cons: Nothing comes to mind, the experience has been phenomenal.
