Category choice is limited to Google's official taxonomy, and validation rules flag unsupported claims before upload.
Nothing goes live without you: we write only to a supplemental feed. You review every change side by side in the workbench and approve it one by one or in bulk. Delete the supplemental feed and your catalog is as before.
