About Fedix
Fedix is a cloud platform for Australian accounting and tax practices, combining practice management, accounting preparation and a Windows desktop AI assistant. Practice Manager manages client records, jobs, time, billing, engagement letters, document collection, e-signatures and communications. MyLedger imports bank statements and accounting data, uses AI to suggest transaction coding and reconciliation, supports GST and BAS preparation, and produces working papers and draft financial reports for accountant review. It syncs with Xero and supports MYOB data imports. FediPilot works within supported tax and accounting applications to organize client files, prepare workpapers and draft returns for review. Fedix does not lodge returns; practitioners review the work and file through lodgement software. Practice Manager and MyLedger plans are sold separately or together; FediPilot beta access is available to subscribers.

Ledger starts at A$249/month excluding GST (A$273.90 including GST) in the smallest practice-size band; the higher ATO-linked client or team-user count determines the band. Four onboarding sessions are included. A 14-day trial requires a payment method and converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled. After trial, a six-month initial term applies, then month-to-month; annual prepayment reduces the monthly price by 20%. Practice Manager starts at A$299/month; the Firm plan starts at A$399/month and bundles Practice Manager and MyLedger. All prices are Australian dollars, excluding GST.
