About FarmHQ
FarmHQ is a mobile-first, AI-powered farm office for UK livestock farms. It is the only product joining statutory livestock compliance (birth, movement and death registration to BCMS/LIS, ScotEID, EIDCymru and NIFAIS; a Red Tractor-ready medicine book; audit-readiness tracking) with farm bookkeeping (receipt capture, VAT-coded expenses, invoicing, Making Tax Digital filing) in one system, instead of two separate tools.
The signature feature: one photo of a vet receipt becomes both a medicine-book entry and a VAT-coded expense line. Ask Farmer Joe, the built-in AI assistant, reads across both datasets to answer questions neither tool alone can, like true cost per treatment, and drafts entries from a voice note or photo. Nothing is ever filed or posted without the farmer's confirmation.
Offline-first: records save instantly and sync when signal returns, built for farms with poor mobile coverage. Available on iOS, Android and web. Currently in its UK founding-farms pilot.
