"Class Leading HMI and SCADA Software"

    Posted 2026-01-08

Pros: We’ve developed systems for the control of Pharmaceutical filling machines using the software from Tatsoft.
It has allowed us to Communicate with multiple PLC’s Including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider and Omron (and there are drivers for many more).
These systems have alarm and event recording which can be stored on various Database platforms (We use SQLite or MS-SQL), which allow for encryption, reports can be generated and stored to PDF or Printed. We’ve also implemented User control, with either FrameworX Handling the user control, or connection to Active Directory via LDAP. Multiple thin Client support is simple, and is ‘IP-aware’ so functions can be limited by the IP address on the client PC.

Cons: There are no obvious deficiencies with the software, any issues are resolved quickly by support.

Overall: We’ve experienced quick and comprehensive support from the team at Tatsoft and have developed and excellent working relationship with them.

    Posted 2026-01-07

Pros: FrameworX is an affordable and very powerful IIoT platform. Excellent support for MQTT, Semantic modelling, superb graphical capabilities, advanced .NET and Python 3 scripting.

Cons: FrameworX is a big product with a huge amount of capability. Consistent use of the product over a few months is required to fully access the full power of the platform.

Overall: Tatsoft are a great company to work with. Technical support has always been fantastic. I have used the product for over 10 years and the support team has never let me down. Over the years the product has developed in to an amazing development platform for automation engineers.
