    Pros: Easy to use, comprehensive, excellent product. 1473s are completed with ease. There is a POS module. ATF tracing is a snap. All multi-sales are reported to ATF.

    Cons: Customer service not always the quickest. But they do get back to you.
    I wish More modules were included in base price (NFA, POS)

    Overall: Super easy to use program that has allowed my business to grow. I use it at gun shows and able to have multiple people doing background checks at once.
