About

ATF ruling 2016-1 compliant cloud based A&D book ffl software that only has you acquire a firearm (bar code and SKU scanning support). All other records and forms are automated through the retail sales process. ATF ruling 2016-2 compliant electronic 4473 that retrieves values from the electronic A&D book and writes the disposition automatically as part of the retail sales process. Turn any computer, laptop or tablet into a locked kiosk input device with digital signature support for retail customers to fill out paperwork without giving your customer access to the entire system. Run Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP) FBI background checks from within FFL Boss and auto populate the results on the electronic 4473. Report for multiple sale of pistols and revolvers as well as certain rifles in border states are automatically generated during qualifying multiple sale transactions.

About

FFL Command Center is locally installed Windows software for U.S. firearms dealers, with an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book for 27 CFR Part 478 recordkeeping and digital Form 4473 workflows. Its buyer kiosk supports English and Spanish; a completed 4473 can create the related bound-book disposition. For background checks, it opens FBI NICS E-Check or a state portal for the dealer to submit the check and log results and NTN. It also offers split-payment POS, layaway, transfer fees, inventory, barcode labels, and a dealer website with live inventory and transfer requests. It imports records, including from FFL Boss, and prepares NFA eForms packets. Core bound-book, 4473, inventory and POS functions run offline, with records stored on the dealer's Windows 10/11 PC. A separate Bound Book Edition offers records and 4473 tools without the full retail suite; the full system is available monthly or as a one-time lifetime license.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Easy to use, comprehensive, excellent product. 1473s are completed with ease. There is a POS module. ATF tracing is a snap. All multi-sales are reported to ATF.

Cons

  • Customer service not always the quickest. But they do get back to you. I wish More modules were included in base price (NFA, POS)
