    "Strong Disapproval of Unethical Business Practices"

    Pros: Event registration and ticketing. Was a decent company until they screwed over so many people that helped them to grow.

    Cons: Dear Martin at Eventsframe,

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust regarding your decision to close down our lifetime paid accounts and subsequently attempt to coerce us into paying again to access the software. This action represents a gross violation of trust and a clear display of unethical behavior on the part of your company.

    As a long-time supporter and customer who invested in a lifetime subscription that has helped finance your company to grow, I feel betrayed and taken advantage of. Your company's decision to revoke access to services that we have already paid for is not only unjustifiable but also reprehensible. It demonstrates a complete disregard for the loyalty and support of your customers.

    Attempting to force customers to repurchase a product they have already paid for under the guise of an upgrade or subscription renewal is nothing short of extortion. It is unacceptable for a company to prioritize short-term financial gains over the well-being and satisfaction of its customers.

    I urge you to reconsider this decision and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Failing to do so will not only result in the loss of trust and respect from your customers but also tarnish your company's reputation irreparably.

    I expect a prompt response outlining your plans to address this issue and restore our access to the software we rightfully paid for. Anything less would further confirm your company's disregard for ethics and customer satisfaction.

    Overall: Cannot recommend this company to anyone due to its shady business practices. Advertising and selling lifetime deals and then shutting down our accounts shows you what kind of company they are and how they view their customers.

    "Great way to sell tickets"

    Pros: Super easy to set up and configure tickets for any type of event. Plus easily integrate payment and email systems.

    Cons: The interface is a little tricky so I think they could make it easier.

    Overall: Overall it's a good tool and works well. Like how you can embed on your own site to keep branding on your company.
