    "The package was smashed, and no one informed me!"

    Collection time from 9 to 18.
    I was all day long at Home Many days and Nobody comes!

    Overall: My worst delivery experience ever! problems at all phases:
    1. the courier was supposed to come to pick up the package 10.6. I wanted to send a gift in time for my friend's birthday. Collection time of the package is from 9 to 18. I wrote to support that I had not yet printed the label, because I saw the information about it only on 10.6 in the morning. But the courier still came and left without a package. I asked the courier to come back the next day. I was home all day, no one came, and the support said that the courier could not pick up the package because I was not home (lie). I asked them to come back the next day and said it is very important because otherwise I might not make it on time. I stayed at home all day again, but no one came. I called and wrote many times, and the support team kept telling me to wait, the courier would come, there was still time (at 17.30 IT was said to me too). The recipient was going to leave for a week and we were not able to deliver the package before he left, so we had to postpone it for a week. It's a huge disappointment because it was a birthday present that wasn't delivered on time. Although I did my best to deliver it on time. The package was finally picked up from me on 24.6. 2 weeks after it was planned.

    2. In the request, I specified that I would be transporting alcohol and clothes. And that's the only reason I chose your company, because it could provide alcohol transportation. But the package broke on the way and stained the clothes. 1 bottle of 8 was broken, and 1 can was missing! I packed it in such a way that it was difficult to break if you treat the package as glass (which is what alcohol is usually contained in). The clothes were in plastic bags, but they were also taken away! The sweets were also spilled out of the package and because the alcohol was broken and there was liquid/probably glass, it could not be eaten! The package was repacked, the glass was removed, but I was not informed of anything!
    3. the package was marked in the system as if it was leaving on 10.6, although in fact it was finally picked up on 24.6

    "SCAM COMPANY "

    Pros: Nothing - THERE ARE NO PROS SINCE THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. They take your money and do not provide the service promised.

    Cons: I payed for a pick up and shipping of a box. The currier never came to pick it up and I had to stay at home to wait for 8 hours 6 days in a row!! I spoke to both EUROSENDER and the local currier about 20 times and no one offered any help and EUROSENDER will not refund me for the money I payed even if they have not done their job.
    The company seems to be a real SCAM, taking peoples money for a service they do not deliver in the end. So it's just "free" money for them. DO NOT USE EUROSENDER.

    Overall: DO NOT USE EUROSENDER. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING THE SERVICE PROMISED. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY.

    Pros: They can not do what they promised to do and have given me headaches contacting them everyday for 2 weeks.

    Cons: No proper communication among themselves … delay for weeks and the person who paid the price should wait for so long to deliver.

    Overall: Worst experience and waste of money time and energy. Never would recommend to anyone ever. Bad service.

    Pros: NOTHING there is no a PROS, They are just scammer that doesn't give a heck about you or your problem, i'm sure they lost my package and won't refund me money.

    Cons: THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY PACKAGE, I SENT a suitcase of 30kg, full of all my life because i moved abroad, now the delivery is not coming, nobody can help me neither the customer service of Eurosender neither DPD, it's 14 days i'm out of my country without clothes or anything , the customer service ghosts me a lot of time i contact them everyday but they just say "Yeah everything will be fine" THEN DO NOTHING

    Overall: Disaster, outrageous, horrible i hope anyone never falls for this company again, they should be closed, a bunch of scammers.

    Pros: nothing at all, Eurosender is the worst shipping company ever and the worst customer service I ever dealt with in my life!

    I made an order to deliver my bag, after the pick up, the delivery was delayed for 1 month then they told me that they lost my bag!
    They simply asked me to forget about it! they even refused to refund me any money! They are a bunch of thieves. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them!

    Overall: Eurosender is the worst shipping company ever and the worst customer service I ever dealt with in my life!

    "Overall horrible experience! Lost parcel"

    Pros: Nothing. Even the interactions with customer service were rude and completely unpleasant. Honestly I do not recommend or see anything positive with this company.

    Cons: Lost my package. The other parcels were late. Pricey. Charged me twice due to their mistake. Deceiving in they’re website and communication. Unpleasant customer service.

    Overall: AWFUL experience. Super deceiving company which takes advantage of students. They lost my parcel and denied reimbursement even though I purchased insurance for extra 50€. The basis: apparently tape is not foil and doesn’t constitute as wrap. I’m 100% they stole the package and will sue them. They’re SCAMMERS. I should also say they’re website does not work properly and charged my card double!!! Which I also had to deal with in the midst of moving. OVERALL HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. Also super unhelpful staff.

    "SCAM company"

    Pros: There is nothing to like in this "company". No delivery, No service, No refund.... Only thing they doing well is to get your money using nice website and false positive reviews.

    Cons: My "express" parcel was never collected from the sender.

    Overall: It looks like Eurosender is a SCAM company. My order was never collected from the sender. I am waiting already a week for my "express" delivery and pretty sure that nobody will deliver my order. The "company" is denying money refund and customer service is solving nothing. BE CAREFUL EUROSENDER IS A FRAUD. Any serious company cannot behave like them.

    "Our 1st order"

    Never give them your credit card information! Their system gave an error when paying by credit card, we paid on June 15 with PayPal. DHL delivered the package on June 20th.

    Cons: But when we look at our bank account on Jul.18, we noticed that in addition to the PayPal transaction in the amount of $1,256.62, they additionally charged our credit card 9 times ... $3,832.32 extra charged! I wrote them a dozen messages from Jul.18 (contact: Nasim, Carlos, Anastasia, Igor, Valeriia, etc.): at first, they claimed that they did not make any extra charges, but after 3 days they wrote that they refunded the money, but that was not the case. These are real scammers, quirky and cunning. I wrote to them in the chat and email again and again (about 12-15 times) ... we saw 3 refunds out of 9 only on June 21 .

    Overall: For the rest 6 charges $217.38 total amount, they write again that these are not their charges ... we have no any patience more with the scammers.
    That's luck that we check our online banking! But we have to contact our bank to open a dispute.

    "Very bad and unethical staff"

    Pros: I have placed my order on 19th of May 2022 from Stuttgart to Munich and still have not received it. They canceled my order 5 times and they don't respond to any email or they will direct you to another colleague. I have written them 32 emails and still no response. They give fake collection dates and no one comes. After getting tired I asked them to return my money, they replied immediately that they can not return once the order has been placed and has tracking ordered. They gave my 5 different tracking orders, I stayed home during collection time and they cancelled the order and gave me an excuse that I don't know what happened. Once again I would not recommend this service to anyone!

    Cons: There's no contact detail where you can call them, customer service runs through email, and they'll not respond to your emails if they don't feel like replying.

    Overall: Very bad service! I would never recommend anyone.

    "Parcel was delivered to the wrong address "

    Pros: The parcel was picked up in time the hotline was available and friendly. Unfortunately this doesn’t help if you need the service urgently and the process does not work.

    Cons: Expensive express parcel was delivered to a random address. I had to look for it and did not find it in time needed.
    The answer of the Eurosender is "sorry we can not redeem or do anything!“

    Overall: The delivery did not work, i paid a lot of money for nothing. A pity, will not come back to them again.

    "Worst customer service ever"

    Pros: The price does not worth the stress and the lack of professionalism.
    There is no other pro that I can think of.

    Cons: The customer service was very poor.
    The delivery was 5 days late.
    The boxes arrived half destroyed.
    They did not want to take one of our luggages.

    Overall: Hello,
    We hired Eurosender to send 21 packages from Gdansk to Amsterdam. This is our experience:

    1 - They needed to reschedule the pick up three times, while we were not in the pick up country.
    2 - They picked up the packages 1 week later than expected.
    3 - After calling the customer service, they were not clear about the reason why the packages were not picked up.
    4 - We needed to call DPD in order for them to pick up our stuff, because Eurosender was only able to reschedule the pick up again without any guarantees and telling us to stay at home from 10AM to 7PM
    5 - They sent us 20 out of 21 boxes with no compensation
    I have never seen some company being that unprofessional with their customers. Definitely do not recommend it to anybody.

    "Package Not Picked Up, Zero Support, Accountability or Follow-Up"

    Pros: No pros whatsoever. They did not deliver the service that was paid for and were completely unresponsive to complaints and requests for support.

    Cons: My scheduled pick up was _3 days ago_. I'm still waiting for my pick-up and can't leave my apartment.

    The courier (DPD) has still not shown up to pick up my shipment. Eurosender is taking zero responsibility for this. Despite the fact that the shipment was scheduled, paid for, and booked through Eurosender, they are indifferent to my calls, and have not followed up with me or DPD.

    When I call the company, they ask me to submit a complaint via their web form. That form says complaints can be 500 words long (which is nothing), but won't accept even that many characters. They promise a response, which has not been forthcoming.

    While Eurosender has my money, I have been a prisoner in my house for three days waiting for a courier who never comes while I futilely reach out to Eurosender's indifferent and unresponsive "customer service."

    Run, don't walk, away from this company.

    Overall: Three days of my life gone, no delivery of the service that I paid for. Worst customer experience ever.

    Pros: Nothing, there is not on single positive thing, from lack of transparency (make sure you read all the small print), to the service provided or the customer service.

    Cons: Pick up if 14 20kg boxes paid and scheduled only to have the driver saying the boxes would have to be carried down to the truck by ourselves.

    Overall: Terrible service, worst customer service.
    No service provide, no refund.
    Complete waste of time and money

    Pros: No pros for this extremely unprofessional service and useless customer support!

    Cons: Nobody arrived to collect parcel, no refund, it's really a scam.

    Overall: We spent the whole day at home, but the courier just didn't arrive. No one called, the support service advised just to wait
    The next morning, no one contacted me, so I decided to contact customer support again.
    They didn't know why the driver didn't arrive, and all they can do is reprogram the order for the next day without any guarantees that the driver will arrive this time.
    Absolutely unprofessional, and I am very disappointed with the company's service

    Pros: I liked the price, but unfortunately they did not do what they were hired to do.... They are a SCAM!

    Cons: Everything else, IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE, ENGAGING WITH THEM IS USELESS.

    Overall: I wanted this experience to be good. But unfortunately it was a disaster. They are good at luring you in with a low quote. But in the end, they did not specify exactly what the service was about and left out some major items that needed extra payments. I was shipping from Italy to USA products, they omitted the fact I would need to hire a Customs Broker in the USA to process my shipment. They also confirmed pick up of the product but had no confirmation from the actual shipper, who in turn ended up picking up 3 weeks after Eurosender confirmed pick up date. I tried to talk to all at the Eurosender office and got the royal run around with no resolution. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!

    "Difficult to work with"

    Pros: I did like the price, but this is the only reason I work with them. They have a call center and every time you can explain to someone else the issues you have.

    Cons: They won't come on the date they promised you and sometimes they come 2 weeks later. You spend so much time checking everything and it seems they don't care at all. Every time you have to explain the issues to another person at the helpdesk. I have no other choice, so I have to deal with them

    Overall: They look Ok, but beware... They charged me now for extra cost for overweight and I am so sure it was ok.

    Pros: None. There are no pros to this service.

    Cons: Ignorant and incompetent customer service.

    Overall: A total nightmare!!! My package was lost without any explanation. It was a gift from my parents whom I won't see this Christmas due to covid-19. We are devastated... I asked Eurosender several questions about the circumstances of the parcel being lost, but they completely ignored them. Talking to them felt like talking to a machine and not actual customer service. Stay away from this company while you still can! Nobody deserves to be treated with such disrespect and ignorance. If I could, I would give 0 stars. And I am going to repost this review so hopefully nobody else will fall for them again.

    "My Terrible Eurosender Experience"

    Pros: Website UI is simplistic and easily navigable.
    In website chat functionality was friendly and helpful.

    Cons: Terrible Communication.
    Late Notice decisions.
    Still waiting for Refund??

    Overall: My experience, An absolutely terrible and unprofessional service.

    With less than two working days until transportation, I receive an email stating that due to the unavailability of Vans I will need to either pay double to triple the price! or, have my work equipment delivered at a later date. I responded that this was unacceptable. To summarise their response, ' I know this sucks but, too bad'.

    I requested via email that I wished to have a phone call to discuss.
    I have sent 4 emails regarding my order. I have received No replies!

    I am still waiting for them to reply to my email.
    ((And yes I do have copies to Verify this review))

    During a call to customer service (made by my associate), when it was highlighted this is against Polish Consumer Law, ((Article 471 of the polish civic law codex)) the supervisor informed that essentially they do not care and proceed with Legal Action if you wish.

    They have verbally agreed to send an email agreeing/giving evidence to this claim. (Waiting on this email) Also, the phone call will have been recorded by Eurosender around 10 am 18th of December 2020.

    I couldn't be more dissatisfied via a service!!
    My experience would tell me to avoid this service and this company.

    Due to time constraints and the necessity of having my equipment for work, I need to locate an alternative delivery service. And, I need a refund asap in order to finance alternative transportation.

    Due to a lack of response from the Sales representative.
    I cannot even access this.

    I have rung customer support. I was informed that they could not personally assist but only pass on the information to the representative handling my case. This representative is not replying. Broken Customer Service Loop!

    Pros: Nothing. Really nothing is good with them. The only thing good would have been not working with them.

    Cons: Doesn't pick up the parcels on agreed dates.
    Refuses to help with lost parcels during shipping.
    Refuses to issue refunds for undelivered services.

    Overall: Terrible. Don't work with them or you will be scammed. They don't deliver the service. They refuse to help you if they don't provide it. Run.
