Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. No pros. Horrible experience. Brought a lot of distress to me and my family. Avoid. Don't do it. Support answer fast but wasn't Check the info. Nothing - THERE ARE NO PROS SINCE THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. They take your money and do not provide the service promised. They can not do what they promised to do and have given me headaches contacting them everyday for 2 weeks. NOTHING there is no a PROS, They are just scammer that doesn't give a heck about you or your problem, i'm sure they lost my package and won't refund me money. Cons Avoid Eurosender at all costs. Paid €517 upfront for a simple shipment of 11 boxes. Courier showed up unprepared and left. It’s been 3 weeks of lies, excuses, and zero resolution. I’ve called over 10 times, emailed multiple agents, and even filed an official complaint — all I get is blame-shifting and delays. Now they want to charge 2.5x more to rebook what they failed to deliver the first time. This is not a logistics company, it’s a customer service black hole. Currently escalating to ECC-Net and EU consumer protection for breach of contract. Save yourself the stress. Eurosender is a complete disaster. The package was smashed, and no one informed me! Collection time from 9 to 18. I was all day long at Home Many days and Nobody comes! I payed for a pick up and shipping of a box. The currier never came to pick it up and I had to stay at home to wait for 8 hours 6 days in a row!! I spoke to both EUROSENDER and the local currier about 20 times and no one offered any help and EUROSENDER will not refund me for the money I payed even if they have not done their job. The company seems to be a real SCAM, taking peoples money for a service they do not deliver in the end. So it's just "free" money for them. DO NOT USE EUROSENDER. No proper communication among themselves … delay for weeks and the person who paid the price should wait for so long to deliver. THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY PACKAGE, I SENT a suitcase of 30kg, full of all my life because i moved abroad, now the delivery is not coming, nobody can help me neither the customer service of Eurosender neither DPD, it's 14 days i'm out of my country without clothes or anything , the customer service ghosts me a lot of time i contact them everyday but they just say "Yeah everything will be fine" THEN DO NOTHING
