    Pros: Tons of features, great training, very user friendly! Our users are actively submitting work orders and the items are being tracked for time and cost to repair. This will also help us look at several key data factors when making purchases in the future! Customer service is fantastic.

    Cons: The only thing I would like is perhaps an easier way to upload equipment without as much clicking, but other than that, it's wonderful.

    Overall: We took a long time to get our equipment lists made, but once we submitted these to our point person, she uploaded the information very quickly. Very easy to train end users as well as facilities managers. Our board of directors is 100% behind it. Can't wait to see the reports in a few months and even further down the line!
