Pros: Their WMS never breaks! We rely on good systems both, in-house and vendor supported. RAMP does a great job answering any questions and engaging directly with our clients during integration projects. RAMP allows us to build value in the services we provide.
Cons: Some of the screens require too many clicks in my opinion. Although I'm not very patient, so its probably just me.
Overall: RAMP continues to exceed expectations. We like the support, and overall culture of their company as it aligns well with ours.

"RAMP adaptability eliminated all concerns of WMS software limitations" Edited 2020-10-23
Pros: We have NEVER received a no or we cant do that from RAMP.
Our customers were amazed by the speed of EDI integration.
Very user friendly and intuitive functionality, steps are consistently repeated throughout functions, making it an easy program to train.Cons: The biggest setback we have experienced is the added volume of requests from our customers for special one off requests. They have become accustomed to asking " Can RAMP do this for us?
Overall: Warehouse management software was once our weakest link. We continually struggled with keeping up to the changes and functionality our customers requested, taxing our relationship with customers. RAMP, not only the software but the support team has created a security and confidence we didn't think was possible. We are now well ahead of customers demands and feature requests.

"User Friendly with all the Extra Technology you Need" Posted 2020-10-19
Pros: Service is top notch. Phone calls and Emails answered regularly. Challenges solved. Everything is customizable. Mapping and Interchange is seamless. They can essentially build out what you want. Windows based rather than DOS format. RF Gun Screens can all be changed. Simple interface but can essentially do it all.
Cons: Of course due to customization and boutique aspects of product, there may not be every generic template or report you want initially but it's all buildable and the reality is I love the excel export to file as I can manipulate the data.
Overall: I think we made the right move by switching from Accellos to RAMP and the ROI will be worth it due to service, ecommerce capabilities, and user friendly intuitive nature of the system.

Pros: Support is prompt. Customization is great whether it is for a user, a facility, or an account. Continued improvements are a plus. Ability to login from my phone/Android app to troubleshoot.
Cons: Billing is limited with the complicated rate configurations/options we use. Not being able to cut and paste multiple lines at once.
Overall: Overall, once I understood "how" Ramp thinks, it has been a breeze to work with. Our users find it much easier to work with than our previous system.

"RAMP WMS Implementation " Posted 2020-10-16
Pros: Ease of getting answers and real time solutions. Flexibility to adjust to our business needs. RAMP has been very responsive in helping find solutions to solve our challenges.
Cons: Difficult to respond as a CON, however all training was done virtual due to the COVID concerns. Would have preferred the training been done on site.
Overall: Very please with the flexibility and how the system works. Quick to answer emails, phone calls in order to solve solutions.

"Ramp Enterprise in a 3PL" Posted 2020-10-15
Pros: The system has a rich set of features and functions and expanding regularly.
The flexibility of configuration by customer is key along with customer specific reports. Integration with Interchange and Enterprise is very well thought out. The android RF version allows us to utilize a variety of devices interacting with the system.Cons: Not a fan of Java but it works. The UI has some quirks (drop down search) that take getting used to. The Billing/Invoicing is missing a few important features but we have figured out work arounds. Documentation is limited for advanced users that want to customize rf screens/reports.
Overall: Very happy with the ability to configure system by customer and improve our efficiency. Support is responsive and has good problem resolution. Enhancements/New functionality are welcomed. The company goes above and beyond to ensure we are successful with their software.

"Great WMS with Great support " Edited 2020-10-15
Pros: What a great WMS. As a 3PL, flexibility is everything. Brain and his team have shown us light in things we never thought were possible. There are so many different options but everything is very easy to navigate through. Having EDI capabilities is another HUGE thing. We have grown so much with this capability and picked up customers just because of it. RAMP's support team is nothing short of amazing. Quick response time and very helpful with everything. Thanks Brain and team!
Cons: I personally can't say that I have any cons to mention. Whenever any sort of question or issue arises, RAMP support takes care of it immediately.
Overall: RAMP is the heart of our operation. The best thing about this WMS is how customizable it is. I have even recommended this WMS to several of our customers because it is so well rounded.

"Ramp Review" Posted 2020-10-15
Pros: RAMP WMS is a very cost effective, highly flexible system which we were able to easily configure to our workflow. We migrated from a very old system, and RAMP professionals were able to write middleware to import most of our data into their application mitigating the need for a large amount of manual entry.
Cons: RAMP support is not as formal of a process as its competitors, however for our company that is a plus. We aren't put into a work queue; there is usually a team member available, even the CEO will roll up his sleeves and get things done!
Overall: Overall all our experience with RAMP and its personal have been top notch! I encourage prospects to compare RAMP to more costly solutions - I think you find RAMP stands up the its competition.
