    Pros: Several billings with reasonable cost. Can choose various order service with different service options.

    Cons: Suggested to someone need regular secure systems for email and other domains.

    Overall: Overall great and useful! Easy for receive and send secure messaging such as my medical records and personal documents!

    "HIPAA email service"

    Pros: Reasonable cost. Works well. Secure email server. Have had this service for over a dozen years.

    Cons: I don’t have any negative things to say about this.

    Overall: Good. Have had it for years. I use this HIPAA secure email service for my medical practice and it works.

    "Policy Hinders Larger Organization."

    Pros: Enguard's customer support is really quite fast. The service performs it's job well. We primarily used it to allow employees to send encrypted emails and large file attachments. These services worked fine.

    Cons: When moving away from Enguard, we found that the Control Panel does not allow an administrator to bulk-delete accounts. I submitted a ticket asking that accounts be deleted and was denied. I called and requested and was denied. I called and requested that it be escalated to a manager. Denied. Every request was denied because Enguard did not want the liability of deleting accounts.

    That's hard to understand, because I made the request in writing. I even suggested that I could send in documentation on company letterhead with an executive signature. Still denied.

    Why is this important?

    Enguard's control only allows you to delete users one-at-a-time. You have to click on the user and wait for the user's page to load. Click delete. Click "Ok" to delete. Wait for the delete and the load back to the accounts screen. Considering this was going take 15 seconds per user it would take us 4 hours to delete users at 100% efficiency.

    I let them know that I would be posting feedback accordingly here and that I would suggest that they discuss my request with an owner. My request was again denied. Later that day I received an e-mail back from support stating that they would actually fulfill my request with written consent releasing Enguard from liability for such an act. Unfortunately, I was already finished when I read the email.

    Enguard was unable to delete 870 accounts.

    Overall: I was told several times that the request doesn't come in often to bulk delete users and so they aren't set up to perform that action. I take that to mean that they don't have clients that have nearly 1000 accounts like we had.

    Though the company has a small feel, we were penalized by red tape/liability issues costing us hours of unnecessary work, emails, phone calls and manual account deletion.

    Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your experience with EnGuard. Unfortunately, this case was specific to the liability waiver being signed which we never received which would not let us continue with the deletion process. We wanted to come to a satisfactory agreement but unfortunately, as you stated, you had already finished deleting the accounts manually by the time the liability waiver was signed. This was a unique case due to some, but not all the accounts being deleted as well which is why the manual option had to be utilized. We're always sad to see clients go, and are always looking for ways to do better when things end because of dissatisfaction on the client's end. In those cases, we try our best to make them right, and we wanted to make it right in this case as well. Enterprise Guardian

    "Unreliable Provider"

    Pros: At one time, users were able to email the company for customer support. And our tech support team was able to integrate their software easily into our websites.

    Cons: As you can see from their website, they no longer offer email support. This is not only ironic, but seriously slows down communication. In the short time they've been in business they've changed their company name three times. (Yes, three!) Each time required new servers to be integrated into our websites (time/money).

    Overall: In the past, we were able to reach their customer service / tech support department via email. Now that they no longer offer an email address for customer support we are going to have to change companies. Trying to reach them during the work day is just about impossible and takes us away from our patients.

We always suggest emailing our support team before calling, as that is almost always a faster option. Every client is given our support email.     "Excellent tool for email security"

    Pros: No manual effort is needed. Does every scan and email approve automatically.
    Reliable security.
    Auto encrypts received emails.

    Cons: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

    Overall: Email security is very important to secure and encrypt incoming email from any security threats. For this EnGuard is the best option. It automatically scans and approves secure emails.

    Pros: It offers excellent secure and encrypted email services. Hosting your own email is very easy and simple. Large files up to 2GB can be attached to send via email.

    Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

    Overall: EnGuard is a powerful email hosting tool for secure sending and receiving emails. It offers powerful encrypted inbound and outbound emails. Easy to share large file attachment.
