Pros: Pricing is the best in the market. I am not an expert in email marketing, but the analytics are perfect for me. It is easy to use and set up. The template editor is excellent. Cheap pricing and works well.

Cons: I do not have any cons yet. It is working perfectly for me.

Overall: Great email and newsletter service. I think it is the best option in the market. The price is affordable, and the service is fantastic. Everyone can use it.

Pros: - It works pretty well even in the free version.

Cons: The interface when you are setting up your email could be better. But it is ok to use.

Pros: I started using EmailOctopus to send email to my SaaS customers.

It is super user friendly. I have never user one of these email marketing services before and even so I could setup my first campaign in a little time.

The templates are just perfect. It is tottaly professional.

Everything that you need to use it is easily find in the website.

Cons: No cons till now. Everything works correctly and It has been easy to use.

Overall: Overall I love this service. Even the free version is absolutely fine to use. I would recommend this to everyone.

- If you need to scale, the price is really good compared to other options
- Excellent customer support. I just use the free version and as a newbie, - I had a setup problem my email in the WebHost. The support helps me in a few minutes. Everything is free. It was a real person in the support.

Cons: There are just a few email templates available in the free version.

Overall: Excellent Service! It will not disappoint you. It is simple to use. You can make an email campaign fast, even if you are a new user.

Pros: I found EmailOctopus when looking for a cheaper alternative to Mailchimp. For now what I need is free, and if I do need to upgrade later it will be less than 1/2 what Mailchimp is.

It is very user friendly, I have had no problem importing contacts and setting up/ sending emails, even though I have never used one of these email services before.

I love how professional my emails look!

I have also been able to easily find answers to all the questions I have had on their site.

I love that I can look and see how many of my emails have been opened and how often the links are being used.

Cons: No cons so far, everything has been easy and looks amazing.

Overall: Excellent! I have no complaints, it meets my needs perfectly. I am able to deliver a totally custom, professional email to my nearly 1,000 subscribers with no issues.

Overall: Overall experience is great for a new business owner. It has saved me a lot of time and I transitioned from another competitor to this one.

Pros: I’ve used EmailOctopus on several projects over the years and I’ve always been impressed with its ease of use. The builder is intuitive. It has great integrations with major site builders, I use it mainly with Carrd. Email Octopus has a generous free plan, one of (if not the) best on the market.

Cons: EmailOctopus does lack some of the more power user features that you many find in services such as Klaviyo.

Overall: Overall I would recommend EmailOctopus to everyone that is looking to capture client/user data in a simple an easy way. If you’re looking to send a few emails a month then this is the platform for you.

Pros: - Free features that matter, to get you started like scheduling and segments (Mailchimp charge for these!)
- Really good for non-profit organizations with small list
- Integrates with Zapier to expand your workflow
- Pricing plans seem a lot more reasonable when you want to scale

Cons: - Event based or condition-based emails functionality seem to be missing. Only X days/hours since they joined a list.

Overall: I love their free-tier so far. I'm still experimenting to see how to leverage as much as possible. The onboarding is very simple because of their clean design.

Pros: I love EmailOctopus's customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the product and they are swift to respond.
The price point is very affordable for everything included with the software.

Cons: They could update the features included. The features included with this software is very minimal. They have updated some of the features from their beginning product, but they are not as advanced as some of the other top Autoresponder.
I have discussed this with their support team and they said they would mention it to the developers. So at least they are taking it into consideration.

Overall: Overall this is a great alternative to the other top AutoResponders such as GetResponse, Aweber, ConvertKit etc.
I noticed they take extreme precautions in monitoring the emails you send. As a result, their deliverability is pretty high. This is a major plus.
I would highly recommend this product to other marketers and business owners.

Pros: Pricing is good. Template editor is nice. The analytics are good for my needs, but I'm no expert. And I like the integrations. Gets the job done.

Overall: Brilliant! It's a fraction of the price of other so called top auto responders but much better. I would recommend it completely.

Pros: I write a Realtor newsletter in Florida and couldn't do it without Email Octopus. The tools are amazing, the templates are great. But most importantly, this system is reliable. I can always count on everything working as intended. I couldn't be more pleased.

Cons: Nothing. I have found no problems of any kind using Email Octopus.

Overall: This is an outstanding email service! Everything works beautifully. The design tools are great, the campaigns always get delivered and my response is increasing every month.

Pros: I've tried a lot of different tools for email newsletters. EmailOctopus is by far the most accessible and user friendly one I've found. The plans are also very affordable!

Cons: Honestly? No cons. I love absolutely everything so far!

Overall: I've had a lovely experience so far! My email newsletters always make it to their destination inbox, and the customization options are great too!

Pros: A lot of customization is available, even in the trial version.

You're not sacrificing quality for price.

Cons: Menu can be a bit clunky to navigate, but it doesn't get in my way.

Overall: I'm on the small business end of things. Overall, this is your best option for a mail campaign. Support gives you a lot of tips, and they're responsive. The interface is easy to use. You have a lot of flexibility for your end product. Just be careful exiting out of your campaign when you're not done- you have to scroll back through the menus to get back to your work, and you might spend a couple of extra seconds looking for it.

Pros: EmailOctopus is superb, well-designed and put together. Unlike its competitors, where the limit is 1,000, EO allow free users 2,500 subscribers before charging.

Cons: Not much, but I'm a pretty new user. One minor thing - I find the purple octopus logo a bit twee.

Overall: Smooth. I found the site very easy to use and there is plenty of learning help to get the new user started.

Pros: This is the simplest, most user friendly interface that I have found for maintaining my email list.

Cons: None that I've found so far. Limited features but still enough.

Overall: Simple, streamline, user-friendly and not at all intimidating. So easy to create a form and send to your subscribers.

Overall: An amazing ESP for a beginner as well as a pro. I love their email templates and how I can easily create an email course.

I didn't have to learn a ton to navigate their platform and use it in the right way.

Overall: My overall experience from this app if I was rating it would be a 10 out of 10. I’ve had mo issues. Quick to learn, great place to find everything you need, and it’s super quick to load.

Pros: It's easy to set up and much faster to use than some of the alternatives I have tried.

It's also much more affordable than alternatives.

Cons: Not much really. There are some advanced features I would have liked to see (mostly around the API), but I knew before signing up that those features didn't exist, and on balance it was better to go with EmailOctopus than some of the alternatives that had a better API, but had other, more vital issues.

Overall: I'm happy with EmailOctopus and will continue using it to send my multiple newsletters. If you want a more affordable & simple email newsletter service, it's a good option for you.

Pros: Very generous free trial. One of the only services that will give you 2500 users while still free. As an author, I need that because a lot of sign ups for free reader magnets are people who never open another email. Easier to use than Mailchimp or ConvertKit.

Cons: Not quite as easy to use as MailerLite, but not bad. The emails look a little less polished.

Overall: EmailOctopus offers an amazing number of subscribers in its free trial and is fairly easy to use. I also really like that the generous free trial turns into very reasonably priced plans once you grow enough to need to pay. I wish I'd known about EmailOctopus sooner! I would have started with them instead of needing to move.
