    Pros: Einstellen.AI has transformed the way we screen and evaluate technical candidates. The AI-powered interview process saves a tremendous amount of time by automatically assessing candidates based on their skills and experience. The interview reports are detailed, easy to understand, and include transcripts, technical scores, and candidate rankings, making hiring decisions much faster.

    The platform is intuitive, easy to deploy, and integrates well into our recruitment workflow. We also appreciate the customization options for different job roles and technology stacks. Compared to traditional manual screening, we've reduced our initial hiring effort dramatically while maintaining high-quality candidate evaluations.

    Cons: We'd also like to see more native integrations with additional ATS and HR platforms, although the current capabilities are already very useful.

    Overall: Our overall experience has been excellent. Einstellen.AI has significantly improved our technical recruitment process by reducing manual effort, shortening time-to-hire, and providing consistent candidate evaluations. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and backed by a responsive support team.
