Easy Bound Book

Logbooks for Guns is browser-based record-keeping software for Federal Firearms Licensees. Since 2011, dealers, C&R collectors, manufacturers and importers have used it to log more than a million firearm transactions in an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book. Firearms come in with barcode scanning and go out with ATF Form 4473 completed on a tablet or computer, with the NICS response recorded on the form. A business can keep separate books for consignment, gunsmithing, pawn or NFA items. No correction overwrites a record: the original entry and the reason for the change are kept, and the complete book exports for an ATF inspection. Each team member has their own permissions, existing records import from a spreadsheet, and a REST API with webhooks connects point-of-sale and e-commerce systems. Dealer plans are tiered by annual acquisitions, starting at $8 a month; collectors, manufacturers and importers have their own plans, and every plan begins with a 30-day trial.

e4473 is the electronic ATF Form 4473 for gun stores, pawn shops, and other Federal Firearms Licensees, built into the Bravo Store Systems point of sale rather than bolted on. When you ring up a sale, the 4473, the background check, and your A&D Book are completed on the same record, so there is no double entry and nothing to reconcile. Guided entry walks the buyer through every question and enforces required fields, removing the transcription and completeness errors that most often turn up in an ATF inspection. Completed forms live in permanent, encrypted cloud storage, searchable in seconds, and the software stays current with ATF form revisions and state rule changes. e4473 processes more than 1 million electronic 4473s a year across 3,300+ stores and is backed by a 100% ATF compliance guarantee. It fits every size of FFL, with US-based setup and support since 2011. Pricing is tailored to your store. Request a free 15-minute demo.
