Pros: The app is in english. You can view pdf files, save them, and open them again. With some difficulty, You can insert or remove pages.

Cons: Extremely limited document editing tools. Unless you want to insert random words in a pdf in random locations at a random orientation to the existing text, this pdf editor will not help you.

Overall: Online help is rudimentary and didn't tell me anything I couldn't figure out on my own. Support desk is useless. This is a $3.50 app selling for $79.

Very disappointed with this product. Really.

Pros: Paid for 1 year subscription for basic plan. Worked for first 5 months. I use it mainly for unlocking PDF attachments for archiving.

Cons: Unlock PDF stopped working from December 2022. Reported to support team with full description and the relevant document. They kept asking for the error message. Responded. Then went cold. Sent them another reminder a week ago. No response from support team. mail not answered. Problem still not resolved after 4 months. Please boycott.

Overall: Disappointed. Asked for a refund, told not possible. Cannot contact support staff directly. Not trustworthy.

Pros: Desktop version of Dashboard very clean. They want me to use at least 100 characters here, but since the premium version never worked for me, and the trial version had limited features, I really can't say anything else good about it.

Cons: Trial lacks most features. I subscribed in order to try Merge, and it did not work on-line, just kept grinding, & desktop download kept telling me I was using the free version & needed to subscribe. The web site is horrible. When I tried to set up an account (which they spelled accont) it repeatedly said I had to accept privacy terms, but gave no link or way to do so. I immediately cancelled. I paid thru PayPal so should be able to get my money back.

Overall: Totally frustrating. I found out Windows store has a PDF Merge & Split app for free, and it was easy & worked super fast. Don't waste your money if you don't need a full PDF program, and even then, good luck getting it to work.
