Pros: First of all it is 100% free.
It supports all major SQL and NoSQL databases with import/export. Very fast and efficient.Cons: Not much I can say that I disliked. It's a new tool and support is very responsive too.
Overall: Overall experience is great. If you need a database design tool, give ERD Lab a try. You won't be disappointed.
