TIO is an AI operating system for freight forwarders. It connects your email inbox to your TMS and handles the coordination loop between them: reading inbound shipment emails, binding messages to open jobs, and pre-filling TMS records for your team's review. TIO covers every stage of a shipment: pre-booking RFQ intake, booking authorization, pre-alert extraction, ISF 10+2 staging, LFD and detention risk monitoring, trucker dispatch, arrival notice drafting, customs document routing, invoice-to-rate matching, and lot close. Every TMS record is reviewed and approved by a named team member before TIO writes anything. No autonomous submissions. TIO integrates with CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, GoFreight, and any TMS with a REST or SOAP API. Setup takes under a week for most forwarders. Most freight forwarders handle 80 to 200 shipments per month. The manual coordination between inbox and TMS -- reading, routing, re-keying, chasing -- runs 8 to 12 minutes per shipment.
