B3 Benchmarking
Funded by the MN Departments of Commerce and Administration, B3 Benchmarking puts the power of public building energy data in the hands of Minnesota public building owners to manage and reduce energy costs. Benchmark energy modeling, peer comparisons, ENERGY STAR® scores, target tracking, and dynamic reporting help you understand the performance of your buildings. B3, which stands for Buildings, Benchmarks, and Beyond, puts the power of building energy data in your hands. Using basic building and meter information, the online tool summarizes energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions in easily digestible monthly and annual reports for Minnesota public buildings. By reducing energy consumption, you lower your operating costs – freeing up money for your organization’s core services. B3 Benchmarking helps you ensure your building is operating and performing as expected, and the tool screens buildings that would provide the greatest return on investment from any building improvements.

EnergyDoc
The alarming mobile energy manager. EnergyDoc is software for mobile energy management. It allows the documentation and analysis of the relevant energy consumers in companies, authorities, or teams. In this way, savings can be identified and implemented. EnergyDoc helps to reduce energy consumption by concretely presenting cost savings. The energy data management system identifies significant excess consumption and analyzes its cause. In the event of unplanned consumption, SKILL EnergyDoc immediately transmits all relevant technical data to the mobile repair or support service. This allows corrections to be made and costs to be saved. Target consumption and tolerance or escalation values are ideally analyzed, developed, and entered into an energy consultation, up to 80% of the EnergyDoc costs can be funded. Data is passed from e-meters or other software, the consumption plan values can be set by the users themselves.
