Pros: The best part about DoorDash is that you can still make sure you eat food during the day even if you are super busy and can't leave due to professional or personal reasons. The food is brought right to you!

Cons: It is quite expensive to get the food due to taxes, fees and tips. To get a simple $10 meal it could cost up to $20 after tip.

Overall: I personally don't think it is worth the double amount of money just to have food brought to me, but if you are okay with that then I would totally suggest using DoorDash.

Pros: Door Dash offers such a variety of restaurants. I appreciate the easy access to a great meal that this service provides.

Cons: The service fees can be really expensive and sometimes cause me to not place an order.

Overall: Overall, a great app to have access to on your phone for when you travel or aren't wanting to cook at home!

Pros: I like the food category options link. If you are looking for a particular type of food, this helps narrow down the options. I also like the overall look and feel of the app. The bright and simple picture icons in the app enhance the user's experience, I think.

Cons: The app at times is very slow to load. Other apps will be loading fine, but this one will be slow.

Overall: Overall, I like the app. I think it's user friendly, and it is visually appealing. I do think the time it takes to load content could be quicker.

Pros: I love the fact I can work whenever I want. When money is tight I can go work and make money. This job is great for anyone wanting freedom in their schedule.

Cons: I don't like how some drivers think they deserve a tip. Work for what you get.

Overall: DoorDash support and drivers are all great people who deserve to get paid for the work that is put in. They are quick efficient and well worth working for

Pros: The application is easy to use. It is easy to track my driver to estimate when my order will arrive.

Cons: Sometimes the app will freeze or shut down when I'm in the middle of processing my transaction.

Overall: I would recommend this app to anyone who lives in a big city and wants food delivered. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from that makes this app very enticing.

Pros: This software is great but depending on the driver it could give you a bad or good experience. I have been on both sides of app as far as driver and user. As a driver contacting customer support they will always take the side of the customer.

Cons: Customer service is hard to understand sometime because they are not in America. Customer service will also take their time when it comes to them resolving and issue. As a driver this is frustrating because you want to make money and get to the next delivery.

Overall: Overall the idea is great and they are getting better but they can definitely improve. Everything will have its bad eggs but it is up to you to risk it.

Pros: The company I worked for used to have DoorDash cater lunch for us several times a week. I'm pretty sure it was DoorDash because there would be little business cards with its logo, in partnership with various eateries.

They seemed to be punctual, and delivered on time. The variety of food was pretty good too.

Cons: This is more on the entire food delivery gig industry, but there have been news articles about DoorDash drivers being sent to restaurants that aren't open.

Overall: As long as you're okay with the fees, DoorDash is a pretty convenient way to get food delivered to your place.

Pros: Super easy we use we order meals from local restaurants. They have a mobile app that makes it super easy too.

Cons: They've done a pretty good job overall with this app.

Overall: Great and I recommend people to try using it if they need to order food but don't have time or unable to pick it up.
