    Pros: Document 360 is the best tool you can find to refer your knowledge base. Anyone can use this even don't have any technical skills.

    Cons: If there were some more demo videos, it would be more helpful for the end-users to become more familiar with the platform.

    Overall: It helps me to save and review my ideas regularly. Which leads me to update myself. Also I am able to share my knowledge with my colleagues too.

    Pros: User friendly and easy to use KMS where you don't actually need a technician. loved the varied amount of tutorial videos which made it very easy to establish an understanding of new opportunities in growing a new company. Alongside this, the customer optimization allowed me to customize my experience, allowing a personalized touch that is not readily available on similar sites.

    Cons: The only downside is the amount of knowledge on the app which can be overwhelming.

    Overall: What is simple, is the best. I absolutely can figure out the tool if I can just spend 2 or 3 days exploring it. This is absolutely incredible and helps us enjoy the whole experience.

    Cons: No major concerns I can say. But it would be great if you can add a feature to upload video contents.

    Overall: We have been using Document 360 within our training department for uploading our training materials for new joiners and for our reference. Document 360 is user friendly where we can find all the options in same page. We rarely search for any options. This is a wonderful software which makes our life easier. Once we switched into Document 360, we never go away.

    Pros: This is the best software which I ever used to build an internal knowledge base where we can upload all QRG'S Quick reference guide. It has massive storage and many customizable templates. All interface are user friendly where we can navigate easily.

    Cons: Adding many frequently asked questions will help to get a resolution immediately.

    Overall: I was in search of a good software which is user friendly and also a good platform which can be used as a team to access all our internal file securely. Then I found Document360 which is a gem. This software is highly recommended.

    Cons: We couldn’t connect with Google Analytics, took lot of time then error pops up.

    Pros: Very straight forward to install, I liked the idea that the software is integrated and works together with Freshdesk.

    Cons: Does not have a smart search kind of, where you start typing and automatically you can see in a drop down the matching results with the values entered so far.

    Overall: It has been a good experience with this new product in my company, I like how easy is to use it and the support I have received when a question came up, glad to have this software.
