Diagnosica is a web-based AI clinical simulation and practice platform for medical students in their clinical years and junior doctors. Learners interview a video-based simulated patient by voice or text, review case information, choose laboratory tests and imaging, enter a primary diagnosis and differentials, and propose a management plan. After each full case, the platform provides a competency scorecard with feedback across clinical skills and suggested follow-up cases. Short two-minute cases offer another format for brief practice. Diagnosica supports individual learning across specialties and training stages, with progress features such as streaks, points, leagues, and leaderboards. It is an educational tool for practising clinical reasoning and communication, not a medical device, a substitute for supervised clinical training, or a physical-examination simulator.
