About DeskBot
DeskBot is a locally run desktop trading terminal for short-duration prediction markets. It trades Kalshi's 15-minute up-or-down contracts across cryptocurrency, metals, energy and currency markets, evaluating potential entries against market prices, time to settlement and rules set by the user. Its dashboard records the rationale for trades and skipped opportunities, while live price feeds come from Coinbase, Kraken and Pyth. Users can begin in simulated paper mode, choose markets and trade direction, and set stake, position and daily-loss limits before enabling live trading. The app also includes a Polymarket section alongside Kalshi for 15-minute crypto markets and cross-checking picks. DeskBot connects to the user's own trading accounts and API keys; funds remain in those accounts. It runs on Mac and Windows computers that stay on while the software operates. Trading involves risk, and the software does not guarantee returns.
