Declarix is customs declaration preparation software for UK customs brokers and freight forwarders that clear their own entries. It processes job files such as invoices, packing lists, transport documents, spreadsheets, scans, phone photos and email, then assembles proposed entry data in a CDS-ready pack. Each proposed field is linked to its source document, page and line, and conflicting information is flagged for clerk review. Teams can export the pack to Sequoia, Descartes e-Customs or an agreed customer integration while keeping their existing customs filing system, permissions and submission process. Declarix prepares data; a customs clerk reviews and approves the pack before filing the declaration. The software is designed for repeat, document-heavy import workflows, including jobs with long line tables or amalgamated invoices. It produces a draft that can be checked against original supporting documents before it moves into the customer's customs system.

Additional packs are charged at each package’s per-pack rate, with a £3 minimum. The pilot costs £1 per declaration, capped at £500, with £0 upfront; its fee is waived if agreed success criteria are missed.
