About Datplan DataPull

Datplan DataPull is a privacy-first Windows data integration and reporting application for accountants, finance teams and consultants. It connects to authorised QuickBooks Online, Xero, HubSpot and Companies House data, then downloads supported records into the user’s local Windows reporting environment. Datplan prepares structured fact-and-dimension tables, drag-and-drop dashboards, CSV and JSON exports, reconciliation information and BI setup files for Power BI, Excel, Tableau and Qlik. It supports full and incremental synchronisation plus scheduled refreshes on supported plans. Source datasets are stored locally rather than in a Datplan-operated cloud analytics warehouse.     Pros: Easily transforms clients qlikview and xero data into powerBI ready dashboards and dashboard templates I can share online with them.
    A good deal of thought has gone into the online dashboard templates with the Fraud Analytics being a win.

    Cons: Could have more video demos. Set up is easy enough, about 3 button clicks but would be nice to have visual user guides

    Overall: Very useful and allows me to offer more to the clients at a low cost per client. Online BI dashboards for Xero and Quickbooks are fantastic for an overview. Hopefully Sage is introduced soon.
