OmegaCube ERP
OmegaCube ERP is a powerful ERP software built for small & medium manufacturers & distributors. OmegaCube ERP has enabled enterprises from diverse industries (automotive, medical devices, aerospace, metal fabrication & electronics etc.) to realize workflow automation, centralized plant operations, cost reduction etc. It can be integrated with third party Nesting, CAD, e-Commerce, RFID, Bar Code, Shipping & Logistics, Credit Card Payments & manufacturing intelligence software. The ERP is equipped with a product configurator that helps create rule-based solutions to meet various requirements.
OmegaCube ERP is backed by a proprietary web-based platform, that allows enterprises to deploy it on premise or on a public/private cloud. It allows them to extend or customize, build own applications & incorporate unique rules with minimal coding. Our well-defined implementation methodology ensures that customers utilize the ERP to its complete potential & achieve business processes automation.

Cognitive Design
Cognitive Design by CDS is a next-generation concurrent engineering platform for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive.
Powered by a proprietary implicit-geometry engine, it combines generative design (topology optimization, generative enclosure), manufacturing-driven constraints, simulation-driven analysis, and AI-powered design exploration in one unified platform.
Engineers can generate and compare high-performance concepts faster, DfM constraints early (Casting, Machining, Metal AM), and automate repeatable workflows across entire product families — reducing time-to-design and eliminating late rework.
Serving industry leaders across Japan, Europe, and the US.

Elysium DFM Solution
Elysium’s DFX Analyzer is a geometry-feature analysis tool for CAD models that automates the verification of design quality relative to manufacturability, machinability, and moldability. It recognizes geometry features directly from CAD data, even when feature histories are unavailable, then evaluates them against a library of preset check criteria (which users can customize) across domains like plastic parts, sheet metal, and assemblies. Typical checks include wall thickness, undercuts, sharp edges, draft angles, boss/rib constraints, hole placements, narrow widths near bends, and bend-hole proximity. By surfacing potential manufacturability issues early in the design phase, DFX Analyzer helps reduce rework, save engineering time, shorten lead times, and lower manufacturing costs. It supports integration into existing workflows through batch processing, PDM APIs, and plug-ins for major CAD platforms.

Lattice Technology
An XVL file contains the CAD-accurate geometry, the linked bill of materials, assembly/service process instructions and more. From automotive, aerospace and defense, to industrial machinery, our customers are 3D model-based manufacturers who design and assemble complex products. Using tools from Lattice Technology, stakeholders can easily leverage 3D CAD models in order to author technical communications for their functional specific needs. SOLIDWORKS, Catia, NX, Autodesk Inventor, Creo and other native formats. XVL retains accuracy while reducing file sizes to 1% size of the original CAD model. Models from multiple CAD files and formats can be combined into a single file of XVL. Assembly work instructions, design review interactive documents, service instructions, and interactive spare part catalogs. Choose from a variety of formats/devices and a variety of standard formats, Microsoft Excel, Interactive web pages, 2D or 3D PDF, Apple iOS.
