Pros: LeadCapture is a helpful Cvent tool that we often utilize for on-site events. Highly recommend this product.
Cons: I wish there were more options to edit but overall there are not many cons.
Overall: Overall, I think that Cvent LeadCapture is a good tool. Cvent products tend to be slightly more expensive but they have many options which would make me choose them again.

Pros: Designed to streamline the process of capturing leads and attendee info at events. Valuable for post event follow up. Loved that you can download to own device vs having to rent separate device. Easy to pull reports.
Cons: Cost.
Technology hurdle for our exhibitors.
Reporting - wasn’t pulling all information.
Exhibitors needed extra training since this was a new feature to them.Overall: 50/50 success rate.

Thank goodness we had a Cvent rep onsite to answer all exhibitor questions. There was a bit of a hurdle with downloading the app and creating an account, but once they figured that out, seemed to work smoothly for most. -

Cons: Lead capture tools often come with a price, and some users may find the cost of Cvent's Lead Capture tool to be a drawback if it doesn't align with their budget.
Overall: This year, my company was able to implement Cvent's Lead Capture tool into our Tech Showcase at our premiere event. Each "exhibitor" or product manager within our internal showcase was able to successfully capture leads and provide follow-up. This helped to eliminate spreadsheets, structure our lead capture questions and ensure consistency across each booth.

Pros: 1. Easy setup and training
2. Immediate sync-up with API
3. Allows to use your own device
4. Out of box reports
5. Business card scanning
6. Good supportCons: Nothing to report, it works as per defined feature list.
Overall: Overall I like it very much. It is tightly integrated with all Cvent apps, API's plus very good support.

Pros: Helps our sponsors be more interactive with the attendees at our event, while also helping their lead qualification process.
Cons: Cost is a big factor in full adoption of all of our sponsors.
Overall: So far, we have had a positive experience with LeadCapture and hope to encourage more of our sponsors to participate in this program.
