    "Crowdbabble review"

    Pros: Honestly nothing. I started a free trial and became too busy to try or cancel (100% my mistake I know) and after the trial ended I was signed up for a year. When I pleaded my case explaining that I was unable to use the product the team told me that they were unable to refund me but could cancel. Later I noticed that I was still set up to be billed again and had to talk with a representative again in order to cancel future subscriptions.

    Cons: I was interested in this product as a means to increase my following and took the trial to see if it would be able to do that for me. It does not, it is simply analytics and I wasn't even able to use the service until I had turned my instagram from a creative account to a business account and it still didn't seem to work for a while after the fact.

    Overall: Here's the kicker. They didn't even provide analytics for me. I have a screenshot of my profile page on their site displaying zero analytics which I can run against Instagram's own analytics. 0 on Crowdbabble. 1.9k on Instagram. So in short. I paid for a service and that service was not provided.
