    Pros: Ease of operation for both host and client.
    Ease of scheduling.
    Excellent interactional tools.
    Cost is fantastic.

    Cons: Been using Coviu for just over 6 months and haven't worked any out yet.

    Overall: Great telehealth tool for best results between host and client that I have used yet and support has been outstanding.

    Pros: I really like the ease of use. I have used other platforms and find Coviu much more user friendly. It has a good selection of tools, great technical support. I get good feedback from clients.

    Cons: Downloading pdf documents with annotations can be difficult, depending on which web browser you use.

    Overall: I would highly recommend this platform for anyone wanting to provide telehealth services. It makes providing support to my clients much easier.

    Pros: Coviu is easy to use, reliable and secure. It enables me to conduct an effective mental health support service and supervision service. It is developing; new features are being added.

    Cons: At first, it was not always reliable. But this has improved.

    Overall: I can rely on it to provide a high standard of service. Prompt and efficient support is also provided.
