    Pros: What I like most about Convoso is how seamlessly it integrates all the tools we need to run an efficient call center.     Pros: Easy to use and navigate. Ease of use makes Convoso that much better when needing to provide a crash course to new hires during the onboarding procedures. Account rep communication speed is great when troubleshooting is necessary and questions come up.

    Cons: Three way calling and transferring to down lines is a bit tricky at first and could possibly be simplified,

    Overall: Overall experience has been a positive one. I would absolutely recommend this application and software to any call center. Convoso makes day to day activities easy and seamless and has many features and capabilities a lot of competitors do not offer.

    Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything is very easy to learn.

    Pros: Convoso’s project management team, especially Drake, Virgilio, and Caitlyn, has been phenomenal. They guided me every step of the way, ensuring a seamless implementation process. Their attention to detail and expertise made the transition effortless. Our company growth has been exponential because of their team and software. Highly recommend!

    Cons: A little confusing at time the use case of inbound calls going to queues and list that the DID is not assigned to. Would like more notifications when leads are not inserted in the hopper

    Overall: Convoso offers the perfect combination of a powerful dialer and an outstanding team to back it up. Their implementation process was flawless, and their support team continues to impress with their responsiveness and expertise.

    Pros: Love the layout and user friendly CRM. Love the prompt customer service, whenever we need help its done immediately and with kindness.

    Cons: Not much to dislike, no one loves spending money the only con is the pricing, but you get what you pay for and we are extremely pleased.

    Overall: Great communication, easy set up, constant guidance. Overall experience with Convoso has been nothing short of amazing.

    "Convoso crushes Data Leads!"

    Pros: Convoso gets my company on the phone with Data Leads quicker and more consistently than all the other dialers out there. Also, the admin back office has virtually unlimited ability to generate reporting about any user data you may need. In addition, Tech Support is easily accessible and highly competent. Issues are resolved efficiently and even with a smile

    Cons: The back office reporting ability is extensive and takes a little bit to get used to. Once you get it, you're good.

    Overall: Convoso is the dialer you want if you want to run circles around your competition and grow your business. I'm beating my competitors to the punch very consistently. I'm getting people on the phone!

    "Contact Rates and Sales Increased 200%"

    Pros: You won't find a system out there with a better strategy and contact rates on a dialer. The user interface is beautiful, clean and intuitive. The reps love the dynamic scripting. The list management gives you a way to see in real time which lists are generating revenue while factoring in payroll and which are losing ROI. This lets you decide if call attempt 4 on one list is more fruitful than call attempt 1 on another. This was a game changer!

    Cons: More expensive than competitors and it requires a newer computer with strong internet connectivity.

    Overall: I would chose this software vs a Five9 or Call Tools any day! They have great support and ultimately the cost in price is worth the weight in additional revenue you will make.

    Pros: The Dialer has come so far, intuitive process and systems to allow for greater contact and greater conversions. Ive run several dialers on different backbones and Convoso by far takes the lead! Amazing Support and great people behind each step forward

    Cons: I don't have any cons presently; Convoso works with me on each request, i have dedicated support and they listen to my concerns!

    Overall: My overall experience in changing to Convoso has been a very positive experience. The lush reporting, analytics allow me to keep my entire team engaged to our goals. The system and support are miles ahead of the competition.
