About ConstructConnect Takeoff

ConstructConnect Takeoff is a browser-based construction takeoff application for estimators and contractors who quantify work from digital plans. Users upload plan sets, organize and label sheets, set drawing scales, and measure lengths, areas, and counts. Auto Takeoff uses AI to identify plan pages, set scale, and generate measurements that users can review and adjust. The application supports plan-based quantity takeoff for construction projects and trade estimating workflows, with Starter and Professional plans for individual users and teams. Users can export takeoff data in formats compatible with PlanSwift and On-Screen Takeoff for downstream estimating workflows. Auto Takeoff is included with the Professional plan.

Pricing Details:

Starter is $100 per seat per month ($1,200 per year), limited to one seat, with an annual contract and annual payment. It includes unlimited projects, up to 25 plans per project, Auto Name, Auto Scale, and CSV export. Professional is $183 per month for the first seat ($2,200 per year); additional seats are $1,700 per year each. Professional requires an annual contract with annual payment and includes Auto Takeoff, unlimited plans per project, and team collaboration.
