Consensus

Pros: Easy to use, integrates well with Salesforce, easy to share lots of content with multiple contacts all at once.

Cons: The only negative point i can think of is how content looks when shared on social media.

Overall: Overall i really like using Consensus. I've been using it for about 3 years, i used to use Smart Links, previously Point Drive for Sales Navigator, but now i couldn't imagine using another product.

Pros: Easy to share videos with prospects

Great tracking of watch time. - Allows you to see whats important to your prospect

Allows to discover other hidden stake holders.

Comes with an outlook extensions directly into email and also a chrome extension for on the go.

Integrates with our other pieces of CRM software

Cons: It would be ideal if you could send a "Pack" to prospects. I.E. Multiple videos at once rather than having to create a new link every time.

Overall: Overall positive experience with consensus.

Our whole organisation uses it and it really does help with our sales cycle.

We also use it to send eachother content internally also saves us having to mess about with share links one drive etc.

Pros: Consensus helps our organization in structuring customer demos while helping the prospects make streamlines decisions, fostering collaboration with transparency. Most uses of Consensus in our organization are customer facing personnel such as Customer Success managers, sales and also presales team members. Thanks to the scalable and flexible capabilities of Consensus , our teams are able to create unique and personalized demos. Consensus also acts as a repository where we can store demos and reuse the demos as demo boards. Further to these, Consensus also provides us with important demolytics which helps us in our sales life cycles and decision making. We also use Consensus as a collaborative tool for our teams. Over all it has been a helpful tool in our organizations digital selling initiatives.

Cons: Consensus might not be mostly suitable to upload lard scale technical demos as we have experienced it giving errors. Therefore with future enhancements I believe this more be a much more flexible and scalable product.

Overall: Consensus is ideal to create customer faced demos because it helps has the feedback tab which allows is to collect user information as well as demolytics of users and their feedback. it is also suitable to vision or micro demos. It is also ideal for enablement and trainings, which reduces classroom type work shops time and cost while increasing the flexibility offered to students to follow sorted courses at their own timeline.

Pros: I enjoy how easy this tool is to use with the ability to tailor demos for prospects and add a personalised touch. The ability to track views is great.

Cons: No real cons although it would be good if prospects could provide feedback as the video plays.

Overall: Overall I'm happy with consensus, it's easy to use, plugs into my gmail accounts, allows me to track activity and personalise my videos.
