    "CondoFix met almost all our expectations"

    Pros: - Excellent product and implementation support
    - Up to date performance dashboard showing real-time metrics
    - Automated work order generation
    - Fast, error-free access to all features and forms
    - Condominium owners portal for documentation, budget and reserve fund status and reservations (elevator, reception room , guest suites etc.).

    Cons: Cannot customize the software as the cloud platform is the same for all condominium associations, a typical drawback for all SaaS products.

    Overall: Implementation went smoothly.
    Software was as promised and delivered the features we required.
    This system is in line with upcoming legal requirements for maintenance activities at condominium owner associations in Quebec.
