    "The worst software ever."

    Pros: There were none.

    Cons: The single most glitchy software ever! The service and help was nonexistent. We paid thousands and got absolutely nothing for it. My business depended on this software and we could not depend on it. The company employees were the biggest jerks ever and refused to help us.

    Overall: The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. The software was extremely unreliable and inaccurate. If your Federal book is important to you, stay the hell away from these jerks. There is a lot more I can say, but it would all be very bad. Save your hard earned money and go with a reputable bound book company. There are lots of them.
