Cons: I was having to receive bulk document but my subscription was limited and had to pay for another package

Overall: We have been using CocoSign for a few months to streamline the remote signing of documents. However, since the start of the pandemic, usage has skyrocketed. We try to do fully contactless clients engagement for all our services. The use of the tool has made the contract signing process far faster and much easier.

Pros: I find this software UX-friendly and has features easy to use for both sending and receiving your files. Another plus is the integrations with other platforms such as Google Drive making it more reliable

Cons: Nothing comes out that needs reporting at the moment. For now, we have enjoyed the good work.

Overall: If you are an upcoming or SME that needs a digital signature tool and want process efficiency through the use of templates and integrations then CocoSign is the one to watch. It also serves well if you are sending a couple of files for signature each month.

Pros: I have been using CocoSign for the last 6 months. As a small business venture having clients sign maintenance & development contracts has been a great experience. The contracts are legally binding.

Cons: There’s nothing that needs some improvements because all features and menus are working efficiently.

Overall: One thing for sure you’ll love about the CocoSign is that it comes fully intuitive and is easy to use. The software works on all my mobile devices. It streamlines the processes of getting contracts signed.

Cons: If they add more features and include document conversion can be better instead of looking for another vendor for that work.

Overall: I love the fact that I can use it for a month and when I’m broke chill then renew it back. In fact, I am not forced to subscribe a package and can do pay as you go. I have used this software for 3 months and it is safe and more so easier to use than many other signature products.

Pros: The application is easy to use with more features compared to competitors. The pricing label is not that far to achieve for small organization like mine.

Cons: Sometimes I met small teething problems but all in all it's better than many big products out there. I am looking forward to seeing it develop over time and deliver great result as usual.

Cons: It has the worse customer service. They essentially do not respond to some user inquiries.

Overall: Digital software, in my opinion, is, but you must locate a reputable supplier that is safe and will protect your personal information. CocoSign passed all of the tests, and we've been using it since then.

Pros: It has best boost workflow management and great user interface, It also helps in chopping off your turnaround time and it also lot of amazing features.

Cons: It has worst customer support. They basically don't reply to some of the user queries.

Overall: It has been 7 months since I started using this product I basically like its overall features and UI design. One of the thing that I don't like is its customer support. I have also recommended this product to my peers and my friends.

Pros: Uploading documents takes only seconds if your net is working well. Again, setting up and payment methods work very fast. You can start your work after payments in minutes or opt for a free version as you test waters.

Cons: Today I have no cons for this software because we don’t use it that much. After creating my signature we close the app and do other things.
