Pros: Really? Nothing. I would never use their service now even if they offered it to me for free. Never again!

Cons: Asked over 10 times what their Enterprise pricing is, and never received a reply. Even the support team could not get an answer from them. It is like there is zero sales support.

Overall: Terrible, terrible, terrible. After three weeks of asking the sales dept. and the support dept., what their Enterprise pricing is, I gave up. They don't give a hoot about customer service. An associate told me, "What can you expect from a Chinese company?!!"

Pros: I have tested this software for a couple of months and believe it is the one we were looking for. It has the best security protocols.

Cons: Nothing so much for now. It serves the purpose as required and no glitches at all.

Overall: The software allowed us to expand our marketing needs by enabling a favorable environment throughout.

Pros: HIPAA compliance making more secure than other competitors. It lower the cost of running an office work by eliminating toner, papers etc. I don't need to install anything on my device.

Cons: It is a web based platform therefore comes with limitation of internet connectivity. You need to be connected to enjoy the service.

Overall: I'm glad to use this efficient software for all my fax needs. It has brought some sense of orderliness in the office by eliminating those huge machines.

Pros: The software doesn't require huge resources to operate. The inner workings is also easy and can be performed by any staff members. Their support team are very helpful.

Cons: Creating profiles for other team members is a problem to me. We have only one password and some team members are lazy.

Overall: Overall, I'll give this software thumbs up because it has allowed us to migrate to digital fax smoothly.

Pros: This fax tool is robust and has countless features that is useful for my small office space. Also love their attentive to details customer representative who are ready to help anytime. The software features are very great in the current digital settings such as email notifications and Google integration.

Cons: We have had issue with connectivity because one of our offices is in remote area but that one has been sorted out.

Overall: I enjoy the fact that I can send fax anywhere. I travelled abroad for one week and this tool was very handy. I managed to virtually run all my business together with other productivity tools.

Pros: For a very long time faxing has been a burdensome task for all of us. Now, with the new entry of digital faxing things have become smooth such that I can send and receive fax through coco fax at the comfort of my desk. The security layout and support is very great.

Cons: This one is very hard to crack because we have used the software for less than a year. I think for now I will pass this section for a later date.

Overall: What amuses me the most is that this software gives me freedom to send /receive my fax without making any moves . There is no more paperwork and machine to worry about. All the features outlined are working perfectly.

Pros: CocoFax is easy to configure with many customized parameters and can be done by anybody. The dashboard is easy and smooth.

Cons: The desktop and mobile client only work when you connected to the internet. Even notification must be connected to wifi.

Overall: I highly recommend CocoFax for all business units where faxing solution is applicable.
CocoFax can be installed and configured without any technical knowledge. standard system admin can do it all within a short time.

Pros: I was in the middle of a serious meeting then all of a sudden a message appeared on my screen. Right!!! I was from a distributor. That was very lovely. This software delivers fax notification right at the palm of your hands-email.

Cons: I don't love making positive reviews because that will consume all of my time. However today I'm happy about this service.

Overall: Like i said before i was amazed how this software has transformed the old fax machine. I mean there is no need of paper work anymore. Moreover, the price is very competitive compared.

Pros: It sends both small & big files efficiently. There are tons of fax over email services, but coco fax is more reliable in any sense. It has solid features that allows easy use and faster execution.

Cons: I missed notifications about received faxes one day but they managed to sort out the flaws and it was once and never happened again. Otherwise, the software is dope.

Overall: This is a good way to get rid of physical fax machines if you don’t love moving around. CocoFax offers end-users the ability to send secured faxes online. I love this idea because I can save more time and focus on another arena.

Pros: I love how easy this app is to use. The level of integration (GOOGLE DRIVE ETC) it has with our software is fantastic. Their customer support team is out of this world, very efficient and responds.

Cons: We send and receive faxes for it with very few problems. I don’t have any cons because we were unable to see one.

Overall: I suppose for big enterprises, coco fax can be a good product. It's nice to have the history of the faxes you've received and get your house in order. The price is very competitive compared.

Pros: In every aspect, cocofax software provides what you expect. Digital fax that allows you to fax directly to your partners' email. Additionally, you can sign documents within the application. Moreover, they have mobile applications and integrates google drive into the application

Cons: The only shortfall I face with this software is their limits on document size. Sometimes the files I have to send are huge.

Overall: Cocofax software allows me to achieve more by digitally faxing documents with security in mind. We have had a few hiccups during the rollout process. But all in all the software does what we need it to do. The most important factor is that it is simple to send and receive faxes.

Cons: No cons to report at the moment. In all the sessions I've been using cocofax, I can't think of one incident where I ever had a problem.

Cons: We only have one account which is associated with an individual email. it would be better if this could be maintained as a company solution where multiple reps. can log in to their accounts.

Overall: Having this software is a good solution because we can send occasional fax. It comes with lots of advantages compared to a fax machine. You can save time and have zero paperwork at the workplace.

Pros: You’ll meet one of the straightforward, Simple, multi-platform faxing software. I am also happy about the way they handled me and notice they have an extensive customer service.

Cons: I don’t know if they can come up with customized numbers whereby I use my country CODES numbers.

Overall: Speaking of fax software, there is a very good reason for this fax software to exist. Faxes are in fact treated like phone calls. This means there exist transmission time of each fax message. The good about CocoFax technology is you are able to see if the recipient received it and track your conversation.

Pros: Super easy and convenient to use. One of the simplest to send and receive faxes through their online account portal. I can fax and sign documents on the go from my Android.

Cons: My payment refused to reflect on their servers but thank God they managed to help me quickly.

Cons: The cheapest one only allows me to add 60 pages per month which is challenging sometimes because I do bulk.

Overall: A large reason for CocoFax is the service’s modern approach to faxing. It utilizes a basic yet effective online portal to make the process of sending fax incredibly easy. They have the addition of an iOS, the advanced tools of the CocoFax Messenger desktop client.

Pros: It is ultra smooth and working on this is another level of experience. Share your documents through Gmail or any other platform or do anything you want.

Cons: I am not a fan of online tools as I use the softwares but this tool is impressive. Sending files with the teammates now have been made easy.

Overall: There are many other tools for documents transfer are available in the market but this is surely the best and the smoothest one. I like working on it.
