Pros: Good reporting system, have some integration with other services, automated items can be set up to go out forever! Built in email builder.
Cons: Customer service and teach support are poor. Price is proxy compared to the market and product features.
Overall: Club OS is not bad it’s just didn’t work for our business, our employee said it’s not user friendly and support was horrible.
