Our company was founded on the idea that real estate agents deserve better software. It seemed to us that consumers were getting a better and more engaging online experience from media companies like Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com, even though they weren’t providing the same quality of data that real estate agents could provide. And according to a recent study, 96% of consumers cited design over content as the main reason they “trusted” a site. So our goal was to match well-designed software with a REALTOR®’s best asset; data directly from the MLS. Traditional MLS systems were created back in the day before smartphones, and while they are good for many things, they weren’t designed to create an experience for today’s consumers.
