About Clic Hotel
Clic Hotel is a browser-based management system for hotels, hostels, cabins, apart-hotels, bed and breakfasts, and campsites. It brings reservations, room availability, guest records and history, sales, cash register and daily closing, expenses, inventory, suppliers, staff, and extra services into one workspace. An online booking link lets guests request available rooms for selected dates, while a reservation calendar helps operators coordinate bookings and reduce double-booking risk. The system includes reports with PDF and Excel export, guest history, WhatsApp and email messaging, and data import from Excel, Word, or PDF. Staff tools include commissions and payroll slips designed for the Chilean model. Clic Hotel is available in a web browser and Android app, with English, Spanish, and French language options. A 30-day free trial is available without a payment card, and monthly plans have no minimum term.
