About CleanSlate
CleanSlate is a web and mobile invoicing app for Airbnb and Vrbo turnover cleaners, residential cleaners, and the hosts and homeowners they serve. For short-term rentals, it imports booking dates from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other iCal calendars, then turns checkouts into dated invoice items. Users can also schedule regular home cleans manually. Cleaners set property rates and extras, submit invoices, and track approval and payment. Hosts can review, approve, or dispute invoices, pay by card through the cleaner's own Stripe account (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), or record payments made outside the app, such as Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, check, or cash. CleanSlate provides PDF invoices, calendar and cleaning-status views, inventory tracking by property, and accounting exports to QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, and Wave. The app runs in a browser and has iPhone and Android apps, with interfaces in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
