    "The support is terrible"

    Pros: Nothing, we haven't been able to test it because support has taken three months to resolve a problem (we're still waiting).

    Cons: Nothing, it can't be used with a partner license, and the technical support is terrible...

    Overall: Although we're working with it at the company, we're considering removing it. The support generates more losses than benefits.
