Pros: The app helps me import all my contacts from email and old files, bringing everyone into one place. It also helps with cleanup tasks, like deleting duplocates, updating old info, and making sure that everything is accurate. I like to tag people so I can find them easily. Tags and groups make following up or sending messages much easier.

Cons: It would be great if they added a reminder feature.

Overall: I like its simple design and useful features. It's a big help in keeping my contacts organized and ready to use.

Pros: I had a large CSV contact list and needed to import it into iCloud, but it only accepts vCard format. ContactsMate made the conversion super easy. The field mapping was accurate. I didn’t lose any information during the process.
In addition, it can detect duplicate contacts in my list.

Cons: The interface could be a bit more modern. but it works smoothly once you get used to it.

Overall: A very practical tool if you often deal with different contact formats. It not only helps manage contacts but also saves a lot of time when converting contacts to different formats.

Pros: I had a lot of contacts scattered across iCloud, Gmail, and Exchange. Many of them were duplicates. Then I discovered this great tool. It helped me organize my contact list and remove all the duplicate contacts. I also like that it allows me to easily export contacts to vCard or other formats when I need to share contact cards. Its interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to use even for a non-tech-savvy person like me.

Cons: It’s compatible with Mac and Windows only and doesn’t support mobile devices.

Overall: An excellent and user-friendly contact management tool, especially helpful if you manage a large number of contacts across multiple services.
