About Churchhand
Conflict resolution is a term that refers to a peaceful way to prevent and solve conflicts between two parties. It is a process in which two parties sit down and try to reach an amicable solution. There are many specialized varieties of it of course, such as church conflict resolution training. Although it may not always work, conflict resolution is still the best non-violent, impartial way to settle disputes between two people without involving the law. For conflict resolution to work, both parties must be willing to listen to the other side’s point of view from a non-biased standpoint. If one party comes in with the attitude that “They’re right”, and nothing is going to change their mind (no matter what the other person says), then conflict resolution will not work. The beauty of conflict resolution is that if both parties are open to hearing the other point, then they can both learn something and grow together.
