ChequePro is desktop cheque-printing software for organizations that issue paper cheques to suppliers, employees, and other payees. Installed locally on Windows, it prints onto bank cheque leaves using a standard printer. Users can select a bank template or create and align one, then enter the payee, date, and amount; ChequePro positions the cheque fields, converts amounts to words, and supports account-payee crossing. The software stores payee details and cheque history. Depending on the edition, it also supports multiple bank accounts, payment vouchers, reports, multi-company and multi-user access, approvals, and bank-deposit reconciliation. Business edition adds batch printing from CSV or Excel for payroll and vendor payments. A free edition allows up to 10 cheques per month; paid plans are one-time purchases. It is designed for businesses and finance staff managing cheque disbursements across supported bank formats.
