About Chefzi
Chefzi is a web-based online ordering system for restaurants, cafés and takeaways in the UK. Food businesses can publish a digital menu and accept direct orders for collection, delivery and scheduled fulfilment. Restaurant staff manage menu items and options, opening hours, delivery areas and order rules, while incoming orders appear in the Chefzi staff app on a phone or tablet for acceptance and preparation-time updates. The service provides customer-facing ordering pages, with options to use a Chefzi web address or connect ordering to an existing website. It supports QR-based ordering for diners at tables, and online card payments through Stripe on eligible plans. Restaurants can access order receipts and daily sales reports and request help moving a menu from another ordering provider.
